These works are objects that I found and I present them here exactly as I found them, thus turning them into ready made works in the style of Marcel Duchamp. However, while Duchamp exhibited fully functioning, almost new items, my ready-made consist of waste materials. These are one of my main sources of inspiration when I try to create time on my paintings.
 
I picked up the two first ones on a beach in Nouakchott (Mauritania) and I assume they are pieces of fishing boats. The second ones are flattened oil barrels I found in Bamako (Mali).
